Can I redownload any TV Shows in 640x480 (crosses fingers) :p
B
That's what I've been hoping for ever since I downloaded the first TV shows on iTunes. 320x240 was not exactly fullscreen goodness even at 1024x768.

I was the editor of my high school newspaper at the time. I had woken up and driven to school like any other day and when I got there everything seemed normal. I don't think most people had heard yet. However, one of my writers came running up to me and said something like "I guess it's going to be a crazy day today". I just smiled and nodded because I didn't know what he was talking about. Then he said "didn't you hear about the plane that crashed in New York?" I just thought, wow that's horrible, but no one knew at the time that it was a terrorist attack. Then as more details came out, all classes were called into the auditorium for a school meeting and I just couldn't believe it. I really just couldn't believe it. I still can't.... :(

"It seems like the only thing I can do is create a new partition with the free space, transfer all my data into that new one, and delete this one, then resize. but I'm sure there must be an easier way to do this without having to go through all that trouble. I know that if i would have deleted my secondary partition, I would have been able to resize my primary. Is there a way to resize now? maybe through terminal or a third party app?"
ONE WAY:
Do pretty much what you have said above.
Create a new partition where the free space is, then use CarbonCopyCloner to "clone" the contents of the small partition to the bigger one.
Then (VERY important) -- do a "test boot" from the larger partition to be sure that it is bootable and that everything that is supposed to be there, IS there.
Afterwards, you can erase the smaller partition, and _attempt_ to use Disk Utility to delete it (with the hope that you will end up with only one, large partition).
ANOTHER WAY:
You will need an external drive.
Again use CCC to clone the contents of the small partition to the external drive.
Again, do a test boot and verify that all your data is now on the external.
While booted from the external, use Disk Utility to re-initialize the internal drive.
Use CCC to "re-clone" the contents of the external drive back onto the internal.
Again do a test boot to verify that the results are what you want before you erase the external.
NOTE: It would probably be a good idea to have an external drive with a cloned copy of your internal drive "as a bootable backup". It is ALWAYS desirable to have a second, bootable drive for emergencies!

The drivers need to be updated to Universal or Intel. It won't work as it stands. Check with the manufacturer to see if they have Intel versions of the drivers that don't rely on Rosetta.
Also, have you tried setting it up with a Generic driver?

The update will be in software update when it starts shipping. Otherwise people will just torrent it so fast. It makes no sense to not send out an update.

Hi, I have a big problem that started today, since the beginning of the App Store i've had an iTunes Store account without any credit card or billing information.
I've always been able to download free apps without any payment information and since I don't live in the US I don't have a credit card to put into my account, the only solution I seem to have is to buy an iTunes gift card in the US and then i'll be able to download apps, but it's not that easy for me to but gift cards from the US since I currently don't live there.
Does somebody have the same problem or know what should I do?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi everyone - being a newbie the following:
Just installed a bigger and faster new HD in the mini - is there any way to start the OS installation without a wired keybd? (i.e pressing 'c' ) all I get now is some DVD churning sounds and a grey screen telling me to restart the machine.
If there is no way - how would I go about ejecting the darned DVD out of the mini without taking everything apart?
hoping for some good answers.

I'm freakin sick of the ITMS.
I love iTunes and my iPod, but purchasing music that can only be put on an iPod is crap. There may be a better player out later which I want to go to and then *poof* my ITMS purchased tracks are crap.

It's (significantly) cheaper.
It's better.
'Nuff said.

Awaiting delivery of new Mac Pro with stock 5770 video card. Am I correct in thinking that I can attach three monitors (Samsung) and they'll all screen span? Not mirror, but stretched or shared desktop with the cursor moving from one screen to another.
Also, can I pop in my NVIDIA 8800GT card, that I'm removing from my dead 1st gen. Mac Pro, and expect it to work and play nicely with the installed stock ATI.
Thanks.
You will need to get two active MDP to DVI adapters (Amazon has them for about $35 each), passive adapters will only work with up to 2 monitors. The Apple dual-link/active adapters will work but they are expensive, and if you don't need the dual link, they are overkill as well. The real issue is the resolution of the monitors, and you may need the dual-link/active expensive adapters depending on the monitor you connect. I don't know much about that, so maybe someone who knows for sure could chime in...

It was doomed from the start. Live hip hop acts rely heavily on the audience. The one present that day was not ready to "get down" with Kanye more or less sit there and watch it.
At the very least it should have been Kanye performing over a live band, ala
Jay Z with the roots. The 1 Mc and 1 DJ set up was doomed. I don't think the audience had much to do with it not being that great.
