You need the local drive anyway. Are you saying you will delete all your songs from your local drive once you put them in the cloud? Now that seems impractical.

Apple has great products, but we are going to be experiencing more than a recession. Donald Trump stated that what was going to happen in North America is going to make Russia look like a picnic during world war 2. The CEO of Wall-Street stated two years ago that there will be a world economic crash worse than what happened during the 1930's due to the amount of debt. The European Union Banks stated 1.5 years ago that they were preparing their banks for a world economic collapse. Unfortunately most of us are living the status quo and do not want to acknowledge that our way of life is going to drastically change. Unfortunately even a company as great as Apple will not be able to retain the level of what the stocks are worth even at todays low. My advice is pay of your debts... sell your stocks while you still have money, sell your home and then when the collapse occurs then invest.

A friend in IT was all over his new EVO, saying and trying to show how superior it was to his old iPhone. Within a month or two the EVO was gone, replaced with an iPhone4. Why? He said it was a dead end. While a few things were really nice, it was buggy, there were too few apps, and it was just no fun to use.
Life should be fun, not fraught with glitches and a tool that had no soul.
That's what's been happening with a lot of people, they try all the "iPhone killers" and swear by them for a week or so, then all they do is complain and say I wish I got an iPhone! Most of the people I know that went that route are iPhone owners now.:cool::apple:

By "previous one" I'm assuming you mean the Wireless one button mouse and not the wired Mighty Mouse, seeing as wired mice don't use batteries. Simple answer, it's possible, but I wouldn't bet on getting better battery life.
I think it's a kind of weird feature, personally. If they did it because they thought maybe sometimes you'd have just one battery lying around, that would be fine... but they say it's to make it lighter... Batteries are heavy in bulk, but a single AA battery has no significant weight, imo.

my fear is the democrats will try to use this a political gain and that is so very wrong both to the military and for this good event.
It turns a great event into worthless BS. It was just luck of the draw that a Dem was in power when this happen and it was only a matter of time. I already am watching some people try to turn it into political gain and it makes me sick.

I wish they'd spend that time being productive writing new and cool things instead of worrying about what may possibly happen.

It's thinking like that which makes lotteries so successful for raising revenue in so many states. Total cost is always a factor, and total cost includes not only plan costs for two years, but it also includes the value of the respective phones at the end of the contract period. At a minimum, a 3GS is going to be worth $100 less than an iPhone 4 after 2 years. So, with a total expenditure in the $1500-$2000 range, you'll be lucky if you save $50 in the long run by going with the slower, lower resolution, older technology model. Hardly worth it.
Ok, that works if you are thinking of getting a cellphone vs. not getting a cellphone.
But when you are thinking of getting what type of cellphone, no, it doesn't count. Cause by deciding you are getting a cellphone but trying to decide which type, you already committed to buying the plan,what type of cellphone does not affect the cost of the plan, you are going to pay it regardless. So the cost of the plan really doesn't count for the cost of the cellphone when you are comparing cellphones together.
Maybe if we were comparing getting a landline to a cellphone (where the costs of the service for the landline are going to be drastically different).
Or even if we were comparing going from AT&T to Verizon there might be some small difference. Stop it please, you're hurting me... OpenStep is a specification of which GNUStep is a GPL licensed implementation released by the GNU project. Foundation and Cocoa are the NeXTSTEP acquired implementations that Apple is using.
OpenSTEP is not licensed under a GNU project license at all...

Never been suspended for non-payment.
Dropped a $10/month third line from plan ~ 6 months ago.
Although, now that I'm waking up more, I did lower my rate plan as well a few months ago. The 2 of us weren't using 1400 minutes anymore, so we went down to 550. This must be the cause of it.
Care to elaborate? I realize I haven't had my coffee yet but makes sense on this end.

It's legalise. It's saying you can't run it in a VM on a device it is already installed on, or a VM on another device than it is installed on. If the VM is another OS (or another Vista license) you're allowed providing it's the only installation.

I find it interesting that the text "purchase spare battery" changes to "purchase replacement battery" when the battery health is poor.
However I would rather the "purchase spare battery" didn't exist (although the "purchase replacement battery" is fine IMO). When Apple is trying to sell you a spare battery it seems too much like an advertisement, but when Apple is trying to help you out and replace your battery it seems like they are being nice and helping you out.
